After 9 years, chef Pascal Ledroit and Domaine Gayda have decided to part company and we would like to take this opportunity to wish him luck in all his new endeavours. This challenge presents us with an opportunity to explore new horizons and we are proud to welcome chef Jean-Christophe Gille into the team.

Following 17 years at La Barbacane restaurant of the 5 star Hôtel de la Cité, Carcassonne, Jean-Christophe moved to St Barthélemy as executive chef for Le Gaïac restaurant of the 5 star Relais & Châteaux Hôtel Le Toiny.  Fifteen months later the Languedoc draws him back and we are thrilled that he will be joining us to reopen the restaurant on the 11th of November 2015.

We look forward to presenting Jean-Christophe and his ideas and creations, bringing to Domaine Gayda a whole new culinary experience.
